采用氨基磷酸螯合树脂对酸性溶液中的铟、镓进行了吸附分离研究。结果表明:该螯合树脂对溶液中铟、镓有较好的吸附性能,吸附于树脂上的铟、镓可分别以4 mol/L的HCl溶液或1 mol/L的NaOH溶液予以洗脱。利用NaOH溶液洗脱铟、镓显著差别,可望以该树脂从酸性溶液中分离回收铟和镓。
Abstract:Separation and recovery of indium and gallium ions in acidic solution with the macroreticular chelating resin containing aminomethylphosphonic acid groups(D418) was investigated.The resin exhibited high affinity for gallium and indium ions in sulfuric acid solution.Indium and gallium ions adsorbed were eluted by 4 mol/L hydrochloric acid or 1 mol/L sodium hydroxide,respectively.The remarkable difference in the behavior of gallium and indium ions adsorbed on the resin in sodium hydroxide solution indicates that the proposed resin appears to be useful for the recovery of gallium and indium ions in acid solution.
