针对从古巴进口的含钴原料(镍钴复合盐)的特点,提出了一个新的提钴技术"加温水洗——碱沉镍钴及硫酸氧化浸出",并且通过实验得到含镍钴物料均能并入某公司现有流程中,钴直收率68.42%,钴回收率92.35%,镍回收率97.4%,比1998年处理镍钴复合盐钴直收率提高了14.52%,钴回收率提高了4.31%,镍回收率提高了10.84%。但是该流程难于除氨。

According to the raw matrrial imported from Cuba,a new technology,watering with hot water,depositing nickel and cobalt with alkali and leaching with H2SO4,was proposed to extract nickel and cobalt.The materials with nickel and cobalt obtained by the new technology may be mixed into present production.Recovery and recycle rate of cobalt was 68.42% and 92.35%,respectively and recycle rate of nickel is 97.4%.That was more than that of 1998 by 14.52%,4.31% and 10.84%,respectively.But it is difficult to remove ammonia.
