分别通过接触式和气体放电式丝电爆法制备纳米粉,观察电极烧损情况并统计粉末中微米级大颗粒的比例。结果表明,气体放电式丝电爆过程电极烧损比较轻微,制备的粉末中微米级大颗粒比例较小,并且更有利于工程上连续实施。提高初始电压也可以减小粉末中微米级大颗粒的比例。
Abstract:Nanopowders were prepared with wire electrical explosion(WEE) of "contact" and "gas discharge",respectively.The burning loss of electrodes was observed and the micro-size particle percentage was calculated.The results show that,during the process of WEE of "gas discharge",the ablation of electrodes is slight,the proportion of micro-size particles in nanopowders is smaller,and the WEE of "gas discharge" is more applicable for engineering.Furthermore,increasing the initial charging voltage could reduce the proportion of micron-size particles.
