Kroll法生产海绵钛过程中,钛坨中存在一定数量结构致密的钛。实践发现,调控还原过程反应带温度和熔体温度能改善海绵钛的结构,降低致密钛的比重。通过对实践数据分析、对比,定性论述还原过程体系温度变化对钛形成海绵状结构的影响,并提出改善海绵钛结构的措施。
Abstract:There was certain amount of high density titanium in titanium sponge produced by Kroll process. Adjustment of temperature in both reaction zone and molt tended to result in a change of structure of titanium sponge and an amount reduction of high density titanium.The effect of system temperature on titanium sponge structure was discussed based on the analysis of statistic data by comparison.The measurement to improve titanium sponge structure was put forward.
