进行装柱量为9kg高氟低硫铀矿石的添加黄铁矿生物柱浸试验。结果表明,添加粒度-3.0mm、纯度41.64%黄铁矿1.5%时,经过80d的浸出,加黄铁矿加菌试验柱铀渣计浸出率为90.00%,酸耗3.97%,总铁浸出量54.36g;不加黄铁矿加菌对照柱铀浸出率为88.50%,酸耗4.05%,总铁浸出量49.47g;加黄铁矿不加菌的化学浸出对照柱铀浸出率为77.20%,酸耗3.95%,总铁浸出量34.30g。向低硫铀矿石中添加适量黄铁矿的生物浸出方法可以提高铀浸出率。
Abstract:Uranium column bioleaching experiments with 9kg packing were carried out with additional pyrite(size of-3 mm and purity of 41.64%)from low-sulfur and high fluoride-bearing uranium ores.Three columns include:minerals(9kg)plus pyrite(1.5%)with culture,minerals(9kg)with culture,and minerals(9kg)plus pyrite(1.5%)with no culture.After 80 days irrigation,uranium leaching rates in slag are 90.00%,88.50% and 77.20% respectively,acid consumptions are 3.97%,4.05% and 3.95%,respectively.Uranium ores bearing with high fluoride and low pyrite can be treated efficiently with additional pyrite and adaptive mixed culture.
