热处理对La0.53Ce0.47Ni3.4Co0.6Mn0.3Cu0.1合金相结构和储氢性能的影响

摘要:

采用感应熔炼法制备La0.53Ce0.47Ni3.4Co0.6Mn0.3Cu0.1储氢合金,并在不同温度下进行热处理,通过XRD对其相组成及结构进行表征,并采用双电极模拟电池测试系统对其储氢性能进行测试与分析。结果表明,随着退火温度的升高,合金的相组成未发生变化,但其晶化程度逐渐增高,晶体缺陷和晶格应力逐渐减少。热处理改善了合金的循环稳定性,提高了合金的电化学容量,但恶化了高倍率放电能力。

Abstract:

La0.53Ce0.47Ni3.4Co0.6Mn0.3Cu0.1 alloy was prepared by induction melting and annealed under different temperatures.Phase composition and structure were characterized by XRD,hydrogen storage performance was tested and analyzed by two-electrode cell simulation test system.The results show that with increase of annealing temperature,composition of alloy presents no change,but crystallization degree and grain size increase gradually.Discharge capacity and cycle stability of alloy are improved by annealing treatment,but high-rate discharge capacity of alloy is deteriorated.
