电解锰有机添加剂的研究

摘要:

添加有机添加剂T3进行电解锰试验,考察T3用量、电流密度、Mn2+浓度以及温度对电流效率的影响。结果表明,在Mn2+浓度18g/L、T3用量0.010g/L、电流密度430A/m2、电解温度40℃的条件下,电流效率可达68.0%;电解温度应控制在45℃以下,过高对电解影响较大。

Abstract:

Organic additive T3was employed in manufacture of electrolytic manganese by simulating practical industrial process.The effects of T3dosage,current density,Mn2+concentration and temperature on current efficiency were investigated.The results indicate that the current efficiency is 68.0% under the conditions including Mn2+concentration of 18g/L,T3dosage of 0.010g/L,current density of 430A/m2 and temperature of 40 ℃.The electrolysis should be performed under temperature of 45 ℃ as a higher temperature is unfavorable for electrolysis.
